well…ok! here I go again…but I’m giving myself enough time to "get it right" this time..my goal is to do the upper o…i think its the last weekend of april as a lightweight. my goal is to bring up my hams, rear delts and back…im done trying to get bigger until I use what I got!

well after pretty much destroying my back (at work) and being freakishly innactive for months (doc orders..I have a great union job..had to listen..lol!)…Im looking to get back into the swing next week, even joining a different gym, until i get my wheels rollin again…I really dont want the constant: where ya been bro…you better now? questions…kinda depressing, havent been under 200lbs since hi-school! wish me luck!

thats all I have to say…just frustrated that more people know who holds the record for eating hot dogs then who hold the record for olypia wins or who is the current Mr. O….ok my rants over…keep training & stay focused!!!

have me spent!!! did about 1hr20 mins between 2 sessions today and Im BEAT!!! but it comes with the territory! the burgh is in about 10wks the lehigh valley 13…lifes great!

this past weekend, after alot thought I mentally commited to enter the burg…Ive been running from it long enough! all I want is the exp. not looking for anything major…I used to train with 3 overall winners of the show, so I know what Im getting into! I just want to get on stage!

well today’s workout just like yesterdays was great! yesterday I had delts/tris, then finished light/hi-rep squats…I know weird, then today I had lats/traps and did 1/4 deads for the 1st time in like 2yrs! and they felt great! my dack is wasted now its a shame sat. is an off day for me. my new goal is to hit the tri-state in erie in aug. they havent posted a date but yeah..thats my goal.

so today started off good….felt motivated and strong after a horrible workout yesterday, right before I head out, my union rep calls me and tells me I didnt get a daylight bid that I wanted. but I did get a fri/sat bid so now I can zero in on a show, since there held on fri/sat. anyways the wokout went great, finished my leg pressing with 900 for 12 good reps.
now Im focusing in on the tri-state in in August, Im shooting for the middles…..and this gives me plenty of time to bring my legs and delts back up to speed
