first attempt
September 30, 2006i write this post from work. i am on a 12 hour night shift and it is the weekend. im bored and i have watched all the fit show episodes that interest me. im on a goal to lose the last little bit of fat on my stomach. very time comsuming process seemed like it goes on much faster than it leaves. I recently posted a question on when should i go up in weight? What are the triggers to go up? any suggestions leave me a message, i dont want to rush anything and want to do it the right way. Dont want any injuries. Well thats all for now. Take care all.
