NO SUPPLEMETNS

So i’m going without any supplements in a while because I’m broke! WHich is ok because its time for me to cycle out and focus more on food other than what supplements to take. Still growing strong and putting some weight. I already broke my squat record and reached my deadlift record from where i was last year. Only thing is that i’m 10 pounds lighter so thats an over achievement there!

Dude…this is hard! lol Well ofcourse it’s hard, but thats what seperates us from everyone else cuz we go through it and we have results. This diet…i got it from JOSH BME…think ya’ll know him or seen him on this, but anyways…low carb monday through friday and weekends i bulk. I feel puny and little through my week, but when i bulk…oh man…i feel way better. Look a lot better too! in just a month my handles have almost completely dissappeared and i’m hardening up. Don’t have the same weight as i did but hey,,,i’m going through my leaning process and i have to stick with it. My progress pics shows the results and still got ways to go.

oh man..i’m ready

THis last week has been tough. With all ove time at work, little stleep, working out, me beeing sick, and the girl friend’s mood she’s been in i haven’t been hitting the gym. I feel terrible, but i needed the rest. Today’s the last day and tomorrow its ON! can’t wait. My stomach flu held me back but now i’m over it…and i’m good to go. Coming in this bodyspace really motivates me. I rather read and take suggestions here than anywhere else.

Look everyone…don’t know if ya’ll have experience this but theres always some1 thats gonna come up to u at the gym and say ur doing it wrong or u form aint too perfect. If u feel that ur form is wrong then fix it, but if u know ur pushing it and ur form aint perfect…oh well. This sunday a dude came up to me to suggest something…i simply said that i didn’t need any suggestions and walked away. I know my form wasn’t perfect..but i was goin heavier than i ever have so i didn’t expect it to be. i If it isn’t someone u look up to or u would take advice from…don’t. most likely he’ll just kill ur train of thought while ur training. So don’t take any advice into consideration,.

OH MAN!!! what a gain!

So it’s been about 3 month now sicne i have been trying to bulk and so far i have gained 22 lbs! Its been hard seen ur stomach get fatter and at first i felt crappy…but now!! omg! from squating 265 3 times to 315 5 times…deadlifting 300 2x to 335 4 times..and skull crushing a plate on each side and curling about the same…shoulder pressin 70lbs to 80lbs 8 times..barle benching 180 on the incline to doing 205 5 times.it’s just going great everyone. People get amazed on my gains and now my stomach is starting to flatten out and its showing my abs again! can’t waing how i look when i cut down…but still got some growing to do! Push it everyone! don’t be scared to try!

I’ve been working out for a long time now…and i’m barely gettin reall good on gaining muscle. Everyone has been complementing me..some even asking me what i’m taking as if i’m taking roids and ish!…nope nope! Working out is a good thing right? i know girls have their unique taste for different things but who wouldn’t like a good physique? well my gf ain’t really aprreciating it! all these other girls are like wow! when shes just like watever…i gets none!..and none of u know what…sheesH! our testostorone is already up working out, but now not gettin none…sheesh! i wana kill the weight so bad just so i can do something lol…ok ok well sorry, but my 3day weekend didn’t go as well. Well atleast my workouts are…that last picture of me is already old compared to my picture now…every week its changing durastically… keep it up…gotta keep it up.

pain! ouch!

so i was thinking today…man! my arms ain’t sore from yesterday…wtf!…then all of a sudden..OUCH! can’t movem! lol it’s ok…I ate a bag of chocolate chip cookies to make me feel better..yup! a bag! about 10. WHy? Why not? eat big right? and i’m not gettin fat either..my abs are showing better than ever not even flexing them. This is working for me so i’m gonna keep doing it..hope ya’ll are hiting it hard and not giving up. I have a good month and a half and i’m makin good gains..hope ya’ll are to!

So i actually got some compliments this weekend from old friends and my girls brothers and sisters. This is a big deal for me cuz my friends and my gf plus her family never say anything like that…so when they mentioned my arms and chest, oh man! i felt good…especially cuz it was my second day off! So I hit arms extra heavy today…just to keep this whole thing going.

so i’m doing arms today…oh man! filling out soo great. And i feel so lean no matter what i’m eating. Tryin to stay moderate with the carbs today, cuz no cardio today, so just whatever i have in me i’m gonna dish out…which is a good amount. Dish out watever u put in right?

feeling bomb

I actually ran for half an hour last night and broke the confortable zone for my cardio. WHOOA! had a great chest workout today and started loading up on carbs today. Had myself some pizza! =P 5 slices and still didn’t get full. But just  hopped into a container to offload and began a to lose some calories there! great week! that rest is payin off…broke some new lifting goals today.
