Just got off of JW, BAM, stack and going to Venow stack to lose some fat. I’m hoping by OCT I can be around 12-14% BF. I was amazed at the JW Bam stack…I had alot of drive in thegym and went up in all my lifts. I did feel lathargic outside of the gym but felt the results were worth it.

felt a little off at the gym this morning. Couldn’t get that pump for my chest.
Decline press 10-225(2sets), 8-245, 6-265
DB Incline 8-90, 5-90, 4-90, 7-70 (went too heavy, last week I started off with this ex. so I could get 10 reps with 90..not today)
bb bench 10, 10, 8, 8-185lbs
cable crossover top to bottom 10-45, 10-60, 10-60
cable crossover bottom to top 10, 10, 10-45lbs
45min stepper burning 705 calories w/ avg HR 158 …still not losing any fat

Barely walked out of the gym today. Def a good leg day.
Squat 10-225, 10-315(2set), 6-365
Hack Squat 10-270, 8-360 (2 sets), 6-450
Leg press 10-450, 10-540, 6-630
smith mach lunges 10-125(2 sets), 8-175(2 sets)
Stiff leg deadlift 10-135, 8-185(2sets), 6-225
Tired cardio on eliptical after..I know…made it 5 mins before throwing in the towel.

today was pretty good I did back. Struggled a bit with the carbs being lower but still got the same reps.
T Bar Row 12-90, 10-135, 10-135, 6-160
DB Row 10-90, 8-100, 6-110, 6-110
wide grip pulldown 10-180, 8-180, 6-180
behind the neck pulldown 3×10 @ 120
seated low cable row 10-150, 10-150, 8-150
30 mins on the eliptical burnign about 500 cal with avg HR 150
