bulking up!!!
First week bulking up for next may. Already feeling more full. my strength is coming back at an alarming rate. yesterday i pressed the 100’s for eight reps on the incline bench. i have been really trying to lift as much weight as possible with good form. i have upped my protein to 300 or so grams a day. i have stopped taking all supps except my whey protein. i started doing deadlifts again to add some mass, it has been 3 months since i last did a dead but i still got up 420. i’ll keep you guys posted every week for new progress.
