wow my b day sucks….. the only good thing about it was my arm workout. i dont get any appreciation for turning 17. not even from my mom. gotta keep my head up though. still murdering the weights every day baby!!!

Yes! i made it through halloween without partying! I cant afford to get wasted and eat crap when i’m on my diet! just finished my cardio= 4 mile run.

just got outta the E.R. cause i compressed my spine ever so slightly. cant work out for a few weeks. well that means i can go BMX! i haven’t found time in a while to ride my bike! i am so stoked.

wow just today i had people come up to me and ask if i was on some new kind of drug because my skin on my triceps was so thin that veins i had no idea existed were popping through. drugs? heeeeeeelllllllllll no! a few weeks ago i ran outta protein and i guess i deflated. the last week i got some O.N. protein and have been consuming 300 grams a day. what a difference! i feel, look bigger and leaner! i am amazed about how much more pumped i look even on off days! from now on i will never let myself run out of protein!

First week bulking up for next may. Already feeling more full. my strength is coming back at an alarming rate. yesterday i pressed the 100’s for eight reps on the incline bench. i have been really trying to lift as much weight as possible with good form. i have upped my protein to 300 or so grams a day. i have stopped taking all supps except my whey protein. i started doing deadlifts again to add some mass, it has been 3 months since i last did a dead but i still got up 420. i’ll keep you guys posted every week for new progress.

As of today I am now bulking up for a show next May. This will be my first B.B. show! I am hoping to be in lightweight in the TEENS but if I am to small bantam weight should do. If I can come in condition I think that I can take it all… I hope… i have upped my calories carbs and everything. Hevy training is in progress! I’ll keep you posted1

Aug 23 I am going to help some proffesional strongmen set up a stronman meet. These are some of the guy’s I lift with: Jason Kristal (america’s strongest man) Ricky LaRocca (450lb. farmers walk) Ameil, Chris. all of these guys are or were pro strongmen. they want me to start competing in powerlifting/ strongman meets at 175lbs. I cant Decide if I want to sacrifice being lean so i can do better in strong man or if I should keep leaning out so I can look good for the ladies when school satrts. anybody got any suggestions? leave me a comment on what you guys think.

Being small like me (5′3") makes everything easy. squats,deads,bench are all easier because you dont have to go that far. also we put on muscle fast!

people need to get over their insucurities and take advice. i find it crazy that anyone would get angry from someone trying to help. i am always looking to learn and improve. even if i dont agree i will listen and take it to mind.
