I got done with this workout and my initial thoughts was I wanted to go over and do some substituted them curls or something.  I had to resist and just leave.  Short and sweet and I think it will be effective.  Hey its working for PT, so I’ll try.  I am unable to do leg curls or extensions so I for deads.

Holy Friends Batman!

I was just browsing around Bodyspace, and I was amazed to see some of the people that had such a high number of friends.  Heck some people had like 2000 friends.  That is AWESOME!  Congrats to all those people with that amount of people listed in their friends profile!  That is pretty cool!  I am jealous :)

Tonight was the first night of my new PT Workout Plan.  I think if I stay on that plan, I will save time, build more mass and not over-train.  A win-win for me.  Since this was my first workout with these specifics in a specific order, the weights were a little off, but I will be able to better dial it in with time.
