I dont want to be rude

You know how you are ……..the gym chatter box.Dont get me wrong you workout…. by lifting 2 15 pound plates over yer head about 10 time(no offense to people who actually lift that much).and then after that the only muscle you work is mandible. Now I dont want to be rude but you turn a 1 and a half workout into a 2 hour talk fest. I dont want to be rude but you dont go to the gym to workout you go to socailize and those long long looooooooooooooooooonnnnnng ass drinks you take when there people working hard in the gym dripping buckets of sweat in line. there a basketball court down the hall talk down there but the weight room is for hard work AND focus and your cranking jaws are making it hard to do both. I dont want to be rude but …..SHUT THE HELL UP!!!.

    AMEN!!!! Drives me crazy…another is that group of girls that come to the gym together and spend their time batting their eyelashes and giggling/flirting with anything with a d*@K!
