I am going insane!!!
Holy Crap! I am going insane! The first two days after surgery were OK…cause I was in pain and could barely move! Now my BOOTY hurts worse than my knee from laying down all day long. I really can only get up to eat, go to the bathroom, etc. I cannot do any chores around the house, workout, etc. I am reading, watching TV and working online…and I am going NUTTY! I cannot believe how bad my butt hurts from just laying here. I feel like I am getting fatter and fatter by the second and I am not even eating any crap…though I want to. My husband will not buy me any crap to eat so I am pretty much STUCK cause I cannot leave my house! I stink, too! LOL I have not showered since Tuesday morning and I think it is TIME! I was afraid to get water near the incision sites, but I cannot stand the way I smell. I am Italian afterall and we get stinky when we do not shower. LOL Granted, I am not sweating or doing anything to make myself smell, I just feel like I smell! haha Well…I figured I would share how I feel right now cause I feel like I am going nutty and need to be committed! See you all later! Love you and thanks for reading my rant! haha I am getting up to move around all gimpy like for a few minutes! Hopefully I will not get tripped up by my dogs! That would be funny! PlanetTamar on her ASS cause her dog tripped her up!!! OK…that did not happen…I was just saying WHAT IF? Bye…..

Girl…..don’t go insane!!! I know how you feel though about not being able to move. I had knee sugery once and had a cast on my leg for quite a while
Oh yeah, I’m 100% Italian and I know what you mean!!! LOL LOL!!
Keep an eye out for ur dogs!!

Hang in there, girl…I feel for ya. When I had my surgeries, I had my wife tape some plastic wrap over my incision so that I could take a shower…Hope that helps…take care.

hey Girl! Thats awesome that your knee surgery was a success!! I can only imagine how hard it is to be laid up when your used to being so active! hang in there!!
Now…i’m also Italian…so HOLY i know how your feeling about needing a shower! roflmao Better get on that as soon as you can!

Glad that you made it through the surgery without complications. The recovery time is always the worst. you can’t do what you normally do and you have to just sit still. i have had plenty of injuries (no surguries) but i had the same problem with respect to recovery. I just hated not moving. I, like you, felt like i was getting fat by the minute. I was almost afraid to eat. You will survive and come back 110%. Best advice i can give you- get loads of movies from blockbuster. Take care.

Hey great to hear your surgery went well…and you seem to be in good spirits….. even without a shower…lol Keep working the knee…(I used to be a rehab Tech) movement is the key to success. Keep On Keepin!
