Day One at the Arnold!
Well, I am officially in Ohio at the AC! 
I spent the day organizing my room, cooking my food (that I bought at the Whole Foods Market….it was 76,000 square feet!), and hanging out with my buddy Ava Cowan.
Tomorrow I will be at the Southern Muscle Plus Booth at 10:30 AM to set up with Shannon and Rob and then will be signing autographs at 12noon until 2PM…..then again…but not sure on the time. I will be there all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I CANNOT wait to meet all the wonderful people that I talk to here on Bodyspace, Myspace, etc!
Ava is going to be at the Dream Tan Booth! Make sure you stop by to see her as well. I will be writing a detailed account of my experience here in Ohio, so please be sure to check my website.
I will also be posting all sorts of photos, etc that I take….hopefully with a lot of pros! YEAH!

Wish I could have been there, sounds like a great time! One day I’ll surprise you and show up at one of these shows and say hi.
