The best thing I ever did….
Thursday, January 10th, 2008was taking time to watch THE SECRET! What a video….what a concept! I am so glad that I made time to watch it! I am going to live it!!!! I love it!!!!! 
Look out fitness world cause here I come!!!!! I am starting with the Arnold Classic and am going to keep going and going!!!!

I am going to the Arnold Classic with Southern Muscle Plus Magazine!
Wednesday, January 9th, 2008Wow…I have been honored!!!! Southern Muscle Plus Magazine has put me on their Premier Issue of the newly revised magazine covering the NPC shows in the Southeastern USA! I will be at the Arnold Classic signing autographs and working the SMP booth! I am soooo excited! This is what networking, training hard, and making great friends in the business is all about!!!! Thank you Shannon and Rob!!! I am flattered and honored that you chose me as your first cover girl!!!!!
