I LOVE LIFE……
You know what…life is good! Even when it is hard, it is still good…you know why, cause we are alive. Times can be trying and very difficult, but if we did not have those trying times then we would never grow stronger emotionally, mentally, and physically!
I love life for many reasons! First off, I have the best husband in the world! He supports me, loves me, and helps me. He is my best friend. I have an awesome family. My parents have supported me and helped me all of my life and have unconditionally loved me, even when I was not that easy to deal with. I have awesome pets! I love dogs and I am grateful to the Lord that I have two pets that love me, too. They are like my kids and I would do anything for them. I also love the Lord. He is wonderful and has blessed me in so many ways. I cannot be any more grateful than I am now because of this. He gave me a great mind, kind heart, and a great physique. He gave me love of health and fitness so that I could share my passion with the rest of the world.
Another thing that I am grateful for is my position with Oxygenfit! I am the Official Sales and Marketing director for the Southeastern USA and am loving every second of my new career! I am meeting people all over the world via the internet and over the phone. I am doing what I love and helping people achieve their dreams at the same time!

It may take some time for me to get back with you, but I will…eventually. Thanks for listening to me and reading what I have to write about. Love you all…xoxoxoxo Tamar

Tamar,
Yes, live is good. It is the ones who love you unconditionally without expectations that makes it even sweeter to be alive. I wish you the best of luck next year in your shows.
Merry Xmas and Happy Holidays.

You know what! You just made me relize that life is good. I need to start looking at the positive and not always the negative.
Thanks Tamar.
