Day 1
Today I started P90X for the 3rd time. I completed the program both times and I still got a long ways to go. I am stronger now, so the workout are more intense. I trained so hard today, that I puked! Today was chest and back. Who would have thought that you could get an serious pump without weights. This time I am going xtreme. I will do a second workout tonite after I get off of work. No, not P90X again. I will train with weights after I get off of work. I am focused and ready to train hard!

Good luck brotha! Bring it, I am a week away from finishing my second round. I think I’m going to hit the gym for a few months then go back to the X to lean out.
