Day 3 P90X

November 4, 2009

I didn’t post any blogs yesterday because plyometrics had me beat. Today was shoulders and arms and I feel every bit of it. I am so glad that I am doing P90X again. It is helping me to burn the fat. I stop doing the program cause I didn’t want to lose my size and strength. I just wanted to pump some heavy weight. I have finally realized that I nead to burn the fat to see the muscle gains. I also need to have the right diet. That takes a lot of discipline. When you want something badly, you gotta make some sacrifices! To anyone out there has has a weight problem, you gotta stay focused and NEVER GIVE UP! It is going to be a daily str***le, but you gotta hang in there. I want to be an inspiration for ones who think they can’t make it. Everybody has stress in there lives and the economy is kicking everybodies butt. Make the best of it! Use all negativity as motivation to train. JUST DON’T QUIT! I won’t…now what about you!!!

Day 1

Today I started P90X for the 3rd time. I completed the program both times and I still got a long ways to go. I am stronger now, so the workout are more intense. I trained so hard today, that I puked! Today was chest and back. Who would have thought that you could get an serious pump without weights. This time I am going xtreme. I will do a second workout tonite after I get off of work. No, not P90X again. I will train with weights after I get off of  work. I am focused and ready to train hard!

Let’s Do It Again!

I will be starting P90X again tomorrow. I took time off from P90X to put on a little size, now I need to cut it up! I have had my moments with being lazy, but I am ready to get serious. I plan to blog more and take regular progress photos. So if you are not on the band wagon, you’d better get on before it pulls off! This is not me being cocky, just motivating myself to succeed and not FAIL! I didn’t come this far to fail. I have asked a lot of my friends to help motivated, but I guess some don’t have time. I can’t rely on anyone but ME! Not being bitter, I gotta do it myself! I thank God for all of those have who have been there for me…You know who you are! It is time to to BRING IT AGAIN!!!

NO MORE EXCUSES!

I have had a touch time in the past months with dieting. I work a lot of hours and make a lot of excuses for training. Today is the day I make NO MORE EXCUSES! I want to get in the best shape of my life and I need to be motivated day to day. I always get on BB.com to preach to others that quit, but never follow my own advice! So now I gotta focus on me! I need help from all of my friends on bodyspace to help me stay focused. I have come a long way, so I cannot give up now! I know I can put in the work, cause I am a part of one of the top fitness crews. To represent the DO WORK CREW, I gotta DO WORK! You gotta sacrafice sometimes to get the things you want. Working two jobs is NO EXCUSE! I have a gym at both jobs! So I am challenging myself to work hard and get tip top results before my 41st B-day. I am a very ambitious person an I want to have one of the top profiles on bodyspace. I wrote this blog so all of my friends can help me stay focused so I can achieve this goal. I also want to do a natural show in April. So today is the day that I make NO MORE EXCUSES! GOD BLESS everyone that is willing to help me achieve this goal. Enough blogging, I GOTTA DO WORK! BDUB AND THAT DO WORK CREW #1!

Attending my first show!

Yesterday was one on the most exciting days I have had in a long time. I attended my first ever bodybuilding show. It was the St. Louis Natural Bodybuilding and Xtreme Fit Championship. It wqas INCREDIBLE. I learned so much from attending this show. It help motivated me to continue with my fitness goals. I got a lot of good advice from lots of people and even have people will to train me for free! That was unbelievable. I want to do this on my own. If I can’t do it on my own, it’s not meant to be. If you want anything bad enough, you will achieve it! My goal is to have one of the top profiles on bodyspace and I  am gonna work hard to achieve it! GOTTA DO WORK!

I just wanna say hank you to all my friends on bodyspace. Each and everyone of you inspire me. I have been going through a lot of stress from the job, so I haven’t been givining it 100%. Today is a NEW DAY! I visualize myself in the best shape possible, then I wake up. I have come a long way and I know that it doesn’t happen overnight.  I have completed P90X twice! I know that it’s not gonna take 90 days to get into the best shape of my life cause it didn’t take 90 days to put it on. I reache my plateau and it SUCKS! So I am taking it back to the drawing board. I want to have one of the top profiles on bodyspace, but I need all the help in the world from all of you on bodyspace. Motivatation is my fuel. I am taking a break from P90X. I want to hit the gym hard to get my swag back. I am making a statement to everyone on bodyspace…I will achieve my goals and work hard to get one of the top profiles on boyspace. It is tim to DO WORK! BDUB, THIS IS FOR OUR CREW!!!

I AM SO PUMPED!

Today I worked back and biceps. This is my 5th week of P90X. I was so ready to train today, that I couldn’t sleep that well last night. Now is that pumped or what! Now that I am a part of THE DO WORK CREW, I feel as if I gotta work even harder. I gotta DO WORK! I know that it is gonna take time and proper diet for me to get into the best shape. I am gonna be patient. I have began my two a days this week. In the morning P90X and in the evening a bit of a touch up. I can’t run for a while because of my pulled hamstring, but I will do some walking. To all you guys who grace the pages of bodyspace as the best bodies, lookout cause I am on my way. Sure…laugh now,that gonna only add fuel to the fire! I am pumped and ready to get in the best shape of my life. To all of my friends, thanks for all of your support. Please don’t stop cause I will need you more than ever before! God Bless everyone and I pray that all of you reach your fitness goals!

Minor Setback!

I was so excited when I got invited to join the DO WORK CREW. I knew it was time to take it to my highes level. I got on the treadmill for about 20 minutes to warm up. Then I got on the stairstepper for another 15 min. I stretched afterward and said that I was gonna do 10 40yd sprints. When I got to my last sprint, I tried to run it as hard as possible. When you are 285lbs,6 foot 5 inches tall, 40yrs old and out of shape, you gotta stay within your bounderies. I had to go to the hospital right after that. I had a severe hamstring pull. I will not let this minor setback get me down. I know that its gonna take some time to heal. I will still work hard so I don’t let my crew down. I also want all my friends to know that I will be posting progress photos next weekend. Please stop by and tell me what you think. Your opinions are what keep me going! God Bless you all!

Let’s Do It Again!

I will be starting P90X again. This time I brought a few friends along. I challenged five of my fellow officers to take the P90X Challenge. We have a competition starting on monday to see who can get the best results. We are gonna have trophies and real judges. I am soooo pumped, and I feel as if I can win this thing. I will need all the help I can get from all my friends on BB.com. I promise I won’t let you down! I gotta prepaare to BRING IT!

I just wanna thank all of my friends on BB.com. You all have been great motivators for me. You all have me very excited to train. I have been doing P90X. It ain’t NO JOKE! I am going into my fourth week and feel pretty confident about completing this program. I will be posting my first progress photos next week, so make sure you tell me what you think.
