Ok this is my first log ever so please excuse me if I don’t know what im doing.
This is my second cycle ever I did an epistane cycle and really liked it did it at 4 pills a day no problems for 30 days.

My stack here is cel m-drol/kilosports trenadrol. Plus  I have 5 weeks of real boldenone leftover so im going to do that as well.

The Stack:

M-Drol/Trenadrol
10/30, 20/60, 20/60, 20/60. Plus 300mg of equipoise a week

Support Supplements:

Milk Thistle - over 1,000 mg a day
Hawthorn palmetto extract - over 1,000 mg a day
One source ultra multivitamin- includes 250mg of CoQ10

I’m also using 5 star whey protein and syntha 6. Have plenty of protien bars on hand. I’m taking creatine and n-gorge (ngorge preworkout so it lasts longer). I also work at subway so im going to eat pretty clean stay away from fatty foods and load up on double chicken.

Day 1: I was reluctant to start because I was a lil sick haha but I did it anyway and  had a good workout:
Decline bench 3 sets of 7 on 185, decline dumbell press 3of10 with 35s, 3of7 on machine shoulder press, burnout on peck deck machine(50 reps on 45 pounds).

For my PCT, I will be going OTC and nolvadex. I don’t have a lot of money so I want my novla to last.
PCT:

Weeks 1-4 – novedex xt and nolvadex
Weeks 3-5 zma and reservitol
Weeks 4-7 – 11 OXO and lean extreme

I plan to cut next give it 2 months and do epistane/propadrol stack. Anyone think I should wait longer??? Epi is not very very harsh and prop is not at all
