I see you use EAS Muscle Armor... It's been a great product for myself. As far as other protein shakes, if you haven't tried EAS Myoplex Original or Lite, I'd recommend it to you. The Lite version has 25g protein per serving and 180 calories. Best tasting protein shakes I've ever had. Get the powder form and mix with milk. I have multiple shakes per day.

Good Luck!

I agree, we all slip, we are human afterall. If you must slip, choose the best choice. Eat clean for a few days and keep the workouts good. Add more cardio and keep at it. Don't get bothered too much about it..stress isn't good either.

Two answers, you choose the best:

-What in the hell do you think you're doing? Put the fork down and get your a$$ in the gym! Seriously, you wanna wear a bikini in a few months or a tent? ;)

-Everyone has off-days or off-weeks. We all slip once in awhile. Just get back on the horse and ride it. Give yourself a few days of clean eating and time at the gym and you'll be back on track in no time! :)

Good girl, now keep the ball rolling. Get even tighter on the diet. Reward yourself with even more cardio and an even harder workout the next time around!

Coffee FTW! :) If you're not feeling well (ie sick), try some Vit C &amp;E taken throughout the day. Hope you're feeling well soon!

I have mornings where I feel the same way, but usually after I get lifting for a little, it kind of gives a "jumpstart" to my system and I wake up. Could be you didn't sleep well last night. If you need a pick me up during the day, try a sugar free/low-carb energy drink. Sugar Free Rockstars seem to work well for me and taste pretty good as well.

Pop some vitamin C, drink lots of water and maybe a gatorade before you get there tonight (get blood flow and electrolytes flowing), I know legs can be an intense workout and is one of the main muscle for powering the body throughout the day. I know if my legs feel strong, the rest of me feels strong!
