Needing a Kick in the A$$!!!
I have been doing very well for a few months now, and the last week has been tougher than usual…no excuses, I gave in to temptation. I’m trying not to beat myself up about it, but I could definitely use some words of wisdom right about now!!!

Two answers, you choose the best:
-What in the hell do you think you’re doing? Put the fork down and get your a$$ in the gym! Seriously, you wanna wear a bikini in a few months or a tent?
-Everyone has off-days or off-weeks. We all slip once in awhile. Just get back on the horse and ride it. Give yourself a few days of clean eating and time at the gym and you’ll be back on track in no time!

I agree, we all slip, we are human afterall. If you must slip, choose the best choice. Eat clean for a few days and keep the workouts good. Add more cardio and keep at it. Don’t get bothered too much about it..stress isn’t good either.
