Trying to stay positive and focused…
…But I think I may be getting sick. I am absolutely exhausted today, zero energy. I just want to go back to bed, lol…but today is leg day, and that is my favorite, so I think I will suck it up and get’er done! I will just go crawl into bed when I get off work
Then cross my fingers that I won’t feel worse tomorrow!!!

Pop some vitamin C, drink lots of water and maybe a gatorade before you get there tonight (get blood flow and electrolytes flowing), I know legs can be an intense workout and is one of the main muscle for powering the body throughout the day. I know if my legs feel strong, the rest of me feels strong!

I have mornings where I feel the same way, but usually after I get lifting for a little, it kind of gives a "jumpstart" to my system and I wake up. Could be you didn’t sleep well last night. If you need a pick me up during the day, try a sugar free/low-carb energy drink. Sugar Free Rockstars seem to work well for me and taste pretty good as well.
