Feeling Like A Million Bucks!!!
This morning sucked ass…I felt like complete garbage, and thought I was getting sick
But thanks to some friendly Blog advice, I took some vitamin C and some Betagen, geared up and had one of the best workouts that I have had in weeks! I feel strong and energetic now! (YAY!!!!). I’m having the best lunch ever too! 1/2 Avocado, sprout, mushrooms, cucumber, 1/2 a tomato and a few pickles (for my ’salt tooth’) and a big glass of water
What a difference a few hours makes!
