Yikes! Where’d the Wagon Go??
Wowsers! This weekend was not a good scene! I went to a Flames game Friday, the a Lacrosse Game Saturday…Had a huge carb laden meal both nights, plus Ice Cream…BOTH nights!! Then we went to a friend’s house for Indian food last night, and butter chicken is my weakness!! I was too scared to get on the scale this morning to see how much damage I had done, :s
Back at it today though, hopefully that is out of my system!…Actually, not hopefully…it is! I have goals for the summer and damn it, I’m going to reach them! LOL….wow, I think I have just crossed the border into crazy town

what is more important than falling off the wagon is that you get back on! keep the faith and work a little harder this week and you will be fine!

If you sell the wagon, you can’t fall off! Only bad thing is that there’s not a market for wagons.haha! A cheat weekend is ok…maybe?

Aw, just make up for it and train hard and do some extra cardio. Just don’t slip and make it a habit!
