I have been doing very well for a few months now, and the last week has been tougher than usual…no excuses, I gave in to temptation.  I’m trying not to beat myself up about it, but I could definitely use some words of wisdom right about now!!!

I am finally back into the 120’s! Not by much, but 129.5lbs.  I am pretty excited….Time to go hard this week!!! 97 days until the first day of summer!

This morning sucked ass…I felt like complete garbage, and thought I was getting sick :( But thanks to some friendly Blog advice, I took some vitamin C and some Betagen, geared up and had one of the best workouts that I have had in weeks! I feel strong and energetic now! (YAY!!!!).  I’m having the best lunch ever too! 1/2 Avocado, sprout, mushrooms, cucumber, 1/2 a tomato and a few pickles (for my ’salt tooth’) and a big glass of water :)   What a difference a few hours makes!

Trying to stay positive and focused…

…But I think I may be getting sick.  I am absolutely exhausted today, zero energy.  I just want to go back to bed, lol…but today is leg day, and that is my favorite, so I think I will suck it up and get’er done! I will just go crawl into bed when I get off work :) Then cross my fingers that I won’t feel worse tomorrow!!!

Wowsers! This weekend was not a good scene! I went to a Flames game Friday, the a Lacrosse Game Saturday…Had a huge carb laden meal both nights, plus Ice Cream…BOTH nights!! Then we went to a friend’s house for Indian food last night, and butter chicken is my weakness!! I was too scared to get on the scale this morning to see how much damage I had done, :s

Back at it today though, hopefully that is out of my system!…Actually, not hopefully…it is! I have goals for the summer and damn it, I’m going to reach them! LOL….wow, I think I have just crossed the border into crazy town ;)

BA and Weightloss - Questions??

This is for you ladies out there that have had a BA.  I had mine 2 years ago and have gained weight since then and I am starting to lose it now.  I have definitely noticed some boob shrinkage….to what extent will this continue????? How small wil I get?? I am freaking a little!!! Lol, but loving the fact that I am losing weight at all ;)

I can see the 120’s!!!! They are so close!

I have not had anything below the 140’s or 130’s appear on my scale for almost 2 years! Today, I was 130.5lbs….so close to the 120’s :) :) :) I guess clean eating really does pay off! Time to keep the streak alive……107 days until the first day of summer…..Bikini here I come!! only 15lbs to go!

I can see the 120’s!!!! They are so close!

Protein, Protein, Protein…

Today is going great! I feel like a million bucks and I am feeling strong and confident :)   I am walking down the halls of my office with a permagrin after looking at myself in the mirror today! I haven’t lost much in the form of pounds, but I can really start to see my body transforming - of course the downside of this is that my boobs are shrinking, but that can always be addressed at a later time, lol! But the rest of me may actually be ready to venture out into public in a bikini this summer………YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My thighs are less dimpled and my tummy less chubby.  Small steps, but steps none the less.  I am consuming lots of protein, and as I work at GNC part time, I get samples of everything….my favorite by far  is Lean Dessert…….sooooo yummy! (well as yummy as a shake can be ;)

Anyone else have a favorite shake that I should try??

Feedback on Diet please!

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to eat as well as I can….not sure if I am getting enough or too much of any particular nutrient.  This is what I typically eat in a day right now:

Meal 1: Lean Dessert Protein with 4oz skim milk, 2 oz water + 500ml bottle of water (2 cups)

Meal 2: Approx 17 Almonds, Kashi Granola Bar (130cals, 2.5g Fat, 4g Fibre, 6g Protein, 14g Carb) + 500ml Water

Meal 3: Salad or Broccoli with 3oz Lean Protein, 2 Tbsp Low Fat Dressing, a few Black Olives, Diet Cola + 500ml water

Meal 4: Protein Shake (Lean Dessert or IsoFemme) + 500ml Water

Meal 5: 1/2 cup Butternut Squash or Sweet Potato + 3oz Lean Protein + Salad + 500ml Water

Meal 6: Almonds or Cheese string + Powdered Greens & Udo’s Oil in 500ml water

 I’m 5′2" and 131lbs.  I have a small frame and I’m looking to lose lots of Body Fat and tone up.  My BF is currently a horrific 31.5%! I have a major sweet tooth and I’m trying to curb it as best as I can

I am currently working out 5 days per week…I do 45mins of cardio Monday & Tuesday, then weight training + 25 mins of Cardio Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Do I need to increase that??

Supplements: Muscletech Muscle Armor, Multi Vitamins, Chromium Picolinate, Lipo-6 from time to time
