Been Gone a while…
Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007Been gone for a while, feeling sorry for myself and not being a very happy camper! I’ve decided to suck it up, and i have been back in gear for a couple of weeks now - taking a bit of a different approach, not being quite as tough on myself. I am eating well - in between 1200-1550 cals per day, tracking everything. My carb intake has been a little high lately (about 200 grams), however I find my energy drops through the floor when I really resctrict carb intake, so I am doing what makes my body feel good, even if it takes a little longer to lose the weight I want.
I have also started a boxing conditioning class. I go twice a week with my girlfriend and we do circuits with boxers/kickboxers that are actually competing. It’s an awesome workout! I am walking 30-60 minutes per day (to and/or from the train station), I am incorporating yoga twice per week - and I am yet to add some weight training…any suggestions???
