Ugh…Cheat Meal = Angry Tummy

I had my first cheat meal this evening, and I feel like I could just die.  I am bloated, have the worst stomach cramps, and diarrhea (sorry tmi). My poor body must be pissed at me - I’m sorry stomach, I truly am…

This is my first week of my nutrition program, and I am pretty hungry, is this normal???

Here is a breakdown of my average day:

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup, green tea

Meal 2: Cottage cheese, 3 tomato-basil rice cakes

Meal 3: 3 oz lean protein, veggies

Meal 4: 3 oz lean protein, veggies

Meal 5 (post-workout): 15 almonds, 1 piece of fruit

Meal 6: 3 oz lean protein, veggies

Am I eating enough food? Thanks!

1 day away from my first cheat meal….and I’m scared!!!!!!

I just got put on a meal plan by my trainer, and so far it has been going well, really well actually - it has been 6 days, and that may be the longest that I have stuck to anything! He has given me 1 cheat meal per week, which I am having tomorrow - but I am petrified that I will fall off the wagon as soon as I have something fatty and delicious! Any advice????
