Putting on some size. Lifting heavy . Flat bench db press 45 lbs. Concentraton curls 30 lb db. All weights goin up.Pulldowns 160 wooohooo. Gained 33 lbs since Nov. , maybe compete at 130. that would be nice as long as I am totatly sliced. Pitbull on the loose. LOL!!!!!! Vegas look out! see what I can do out there. Training for a show in Nov in Vegas.
New Year
Well the diet and workout program is in full swing. I am so excited to be working with someone concerning my food intake. She is awesome. So far i am up from 1171/4 in Nov. to 136 as of right now. WOOHOO! Putting on some weight and size. Hopefully I can come into my next show harder and not so stringy looking. As long as the Mary-Go- Round doesnt interfere. Dont need vertigo when I am in superdrive.
