Ouch, my father had some hernia surgery from careless weight lifting. I have a bunch of intestinal ulcers and fissures, and have been warned not to push it too hard or they might be good spots for hernias.

Well, hmmm, that is a difficult question. Could it be that it's neither? You could try Kre-Alkaline which is creatine in a little different form. I've had good results with it. What protein supp are you taking?

I feel ya pain, playa. I hurt my back a few weeks ago and it is still bothering me. I'm afradi to get it looke at because I do not want to be sidelined. You on the other hand should be patient. You'll get backin the game.

It always sucks when you can't lift, but I'm sure you will heal quickly. Just take it easy, and hit the gym hard when you can.

If you are on a regular base over there you should be ok on diet unless things have changed drastically. When I was there they had chicken breast and eggs for breakfast. Take extra unless they are going to have lean protein during your other meals.

Also, ask for package tuna to be sent over in care packages. I lived on this stuff that was sent to me. I was on a firm base and rarely got to eat in a chow hall. Our veggies were bought from the locals.

You can do it.

I had a relative who went over a little skinny dude and came back a monster. He said that all they did was work out. It can be done.

dieting is pretty easy out here. just stay away from the fried stuff, rice, bread, potatoes, and pasta. I don't eat any of that stuff and i'm overloaded at every meal. a lot of fruit and vegetables and a little bit of meat. It's easy to do at any meal. how are your workouts coming along?
