For the most part, I’m starting to see changes in my body, albeit small, mostly in the area of my traps and shoulder if anywhere. But the biggest setback has been my supplement. Unlike most people here, I’ve always had a problem with creatine, which I want get into deatails about, but suffice to say, it really upset my stomach. Now I’m having problem with my protein and now that seems to be upsetting my stomach too. So now, I’m kind of wondering, is it the protein that I’m currently taking or was the creatine, which I stopped a couple of weeks ago.

Well, hmmm, that is a difficult question. Could it be that it’s neither? You could try Kre-Alkaline which is creatine in a little different form. I’ve had good results with it. What protein supp are you taking?

Just for the sake of argument, check to make sure your protein supplement doesnt contain creatine… may have been ‘thrown in’…

I took Lean Desserts by BSN, for most of the summer, took ON’s Caesein protein til it ran out, and now taking Designer Whey Protein.
