Wednesday, May 7th, 2008For the most part, I’m starting to see changes in my body, albeit small, mostly in the area of my traps and shoulder if anywhere. But the biggest setback has been my supplement. Unlike most people here, I’ve always had a problem with creatine, which I want get into deatails about, but suffice to say, it really upset my stomach. Now I’m having problem with my protein and now that seems to be upsetting my stomach too. So now, I’m kind of wondering, is it the protein that I’m currently taking or was the creatine, which I stopped a couple of weeks ago.
