"Get rid of most the fat and put on some serious muscle. I would like to weigh about 190 at 10% bf within the next 2 years. I would like to develop a rogram for myself that is intense but give nice results."

Back to the gym

Well, I’m not completely over my flu, but I’m back in the gym lifting again, Wednesday through Sunday.  With arms on Wed.’s and back ending the week on Sun.’s.  This I would consider the best ideal workout to work around the crowd and put my heaviest workout at a time when there would be the least amount of people in the gym.  I’m still coughing occasionally, but other than that, I’m back–and feels great!
