So, this is my first bodybuilding post! lol!!! Well, I’m not really ‘building’ my body. I’m more like toning it, so idk. I just want my soft spots to be harder and have more definition. OMG especially like my tummy, butt, thighs.. I mean, if you look at me you probably wouldn’t notice anything but it’s more for me. And also, it’s good for you as in, healthier etc. So anyways, I’ll update with pics and stuff, even though there’s probably not going to be much of a difference or anything! But whatev.. we’ll see!! Oh and I drink protein stuff after each workout, and I also take lipo 6 for women sometimes, for energy. Ok tata for now!!! XOXO~~~
