Okay, all I can say is that I will be getting back on track. Summer may almost be over and I’ve gain 5 pounds in the last 2 months. Now I have 11 pounds to lose which isn’t as bad as I thought it would be but I did gain some bodyfat from all those ice creams and deep fried foods like fish and chips…mmmm…but no more! Well maybe some but I won’t be eating it as much. I’m going to work out like crazy now since I will be getting married in Cuba in April so I must stay committed. I want to look best on my wedding day so I hope to be all toned up by then. I’m very excited but nervous at the same time because I have less than 8 months to go to make sure I’m fit for the beach!

I don’t like having a pear shape like body! I know this is how I’m built but I am having the hardest time trying to lose inches in my butt! Inches seem to melt everywhere else except there and it’s driving me nuts! At one point I ran, did squats, lunges, back kicks, etc. until my knees and and glutes where killing me and I got very little results. I have been working out very consistent for 3 1/2 months now and I’m liking my results everywhere else but there. I have lost in total of 3 years 3 inches in this area which is very fustrating but I vow not to give up! What am /i doing wrong?!

I think I might try that South Beach diet where I will eat nothing but protein, vegetables, beans, etc. Just no carbs for 2 weeks. I’m interested in trying this "fad" diet and seeing if it actually works for me because I feel like I need a change in the routine to help me lose a few extra pounds. Summer is just around the corner and I want to have the best body I could possibly have! Has anyone tried this diet and if so how did it work out for you?

Over Easter break I ate super bad (ice cream cake, pizza, chips, fries, deep fried foods, etc) for 4 days straight and worked out and rode my bike 2 days out of the 4. I feel guilty for doing so but tomorrow is another day and I will be burning those calories off. Back to eating healthy stuff again and no more binging. It feels like all that hard work of working out for 2 months went down the drain after 4 days! grrr……
