fat percentage!
Okay started back at the gym, and getting motivated(stil breastfeeding JK who is now over 1 so finding it hard to baance me time with Jackson time!).
I had an awesome workout on chest and shoulders and a cardio session of 1.5 mies sow jog at the end.
I then figured because my clothes are feeling better and dropped to a uk ten tweve(which is us 4-6) that I woud try standing on the scales in the gym and see my fat percentage.
The fat has gone down, but wondered is this kind of machine reliable or am I better doing it with clippers?.
Am I better at this early stage to just stay off the scales and keep going the way I am going? workout hard and keep logging?

Calipers are a much more accurate result of body fat than the scales that test bodyfat… especially for women.
Great job on getting your workouts in, especially with having a baby to take care of!
