Okay started back at the gym, and getting motivated(stil breastfeeding JK who is now over 1 so finding it hard to baance me time with Jackson time!).
I had an awesome workout on chest and shoulders and a cardio session of 1.5 mies sow jog at the end.
I then figured because my clothes are feeling better and dropped to a uk ten tweve(which is us 4-6) that I woud try standing on the scales in the gym and see my fat percentage.
The fat has gone down, but wondered is this kind of machine reliable or am I better doing it with clippers?.
Am I better at this early stage to just stay off the scales and keep going the way I am going? workout hard and keep logging?

Well I gave birth to my third and last child on the 12th of september. after starting off at home I was taken in to hospital nd given epidural, and gavebirth to Jackson Kai that evening, weighting 9 lb 4 oz. was a comfortablebirthdueto the pain relief, but the stitches that were needed after meant I had to goin totheatre, as got third degree tearage.
Though I can’t complain 3 weeks down the line feel mch better, and planning to start a rouutine from the 20th of this month withthe all clear of the doc that is. Gained a lot of weight with him, so will need alot of encouragement and advice of anyone reading, and goals are in a years time to get down to prepregnancy weight and then reassess from there. I will get some phots on in a week or so andgo from there.
Sorry it’s been awhile and hope all are training hard!

Jeez it seems like I have been pregnant forever. I am getting so big now, and really struggling to do much of anything!. Cam went back to Iraq on sundayafter his 2 week r&r. Only going for 6 weeks this time but I feel his definetely going to miss the birth.
I have been having lots of braxtons lately, seem to be more noticable in the evening, so strugglingf with this lack of sleep.
Can’t wait for the contractions to be the real thing, just to hole my baby, move freely and as sad as this sounds go back to the gym.
So thats me so far, I hope everyone else is working hard!
take care

Well at the start of my third trimester, my exercising has changes a little, now keeping up the walking to and from schools/preschools, walking into town etc…
But also do between 3-5 miles a day on the treadmill so, keeping as healthy as I can til the end now, kinda gave up on the weights, not because any problems, just I forget to fit it all in!.
So I hope all the rest of you are working hard!
Take care

Well just to let you all know had my 20 week scan everything is fine, and found out we are haing a boy!! so happy, now my womb is in retirement lol!.
My workout are every other day low weights high reps, and I am still doing at least an hour cardio a day plus walking children to and from school, nothing that gets me out of breath but enough to sustain me through my pregnancy.
Hope everyone is training hard, and looking forward to putting my first phot up after Jackson Kai’s birth to start my programme again.
Take care all

I have always believed that evrything in our life happens for a reason, and that we all have a life that is planned out, and it’s wether you listern to the signals and flow with it, or go against the flow to change your life in a different direction, but ultimately fate will get you!.
I have some exciting news, one that I am very blessed to have, and that is going to change our family forever. We are pregnant, yes this will be our third, and yes, it’s going to be tough, for a number of factors, but I am so happy, and nervous at what lays in store(childbirth - ouch again).
So that leads me to my fitness plans and my eatting, well, this has kicked started me with eatting healthier, because not only am I responsible for what I put in my body but this is what is going in my child.
I am not one for using the excuse I am pregnant so lets just slob and eat junk, hence why when I was pregnant with my other two girls, I continued exercising eatting right, throughout my pregnancy, and gave birth within 40 mins of first contraction with Cj, and a little over 20 mins with Bella once my waters broke. so I am a firm believer that if you eat right stay healthy with exercise it makes for a quicker and healthier birth, may be I’m wrong so don’t quote me, and I may be lucky, but it works for me!.
So exercise wise, I did 20 mins of light weights uppper body in a circuit fashion today, which I will go on to full body circuit, low weights 3 times a week til after birth. cardio, not running, just because low energy at mo, so doing 30-60 min walks through the woods with my poochies, everyday, and think that should be fine for me now but will look at this plan once baby starts developing more.
So thats me. May need some help from you guys a few months after the birth to get back on a plan to achieve my goals. But for now I am enjoying the life inside me, and can’t get enough nectarines, so must go get another.
If I haven’t said it already happy new year all!
