first week
just a little update.Started last wednesday,had 5 workouts,mostly heavy lifting and HIIT after for 20-30 min.Eating clean 40/40/20.Today took some pictures and weighed myself and…i lost 4.5 lbs. How about that for a beginning. Other than that been feeling sick for past 3 days,hoping to get better.Just wanted to thank you all for encouragment,its great:) By the way,starting March 1st i will be doing Fat Loss/Body Transformation Group (March 1st-May 31st) Wish me good luck

Wow, lets trade a little height. If I had some of yours, I’d have abs! LOL
