I started adding running into my training program and have slowly started to loose weight. Now I just need to buy new running shoes before I cause myself some damage. I plan on maintaining this running and hopefully my hip won’t act up

Well, I am a little frustrated today because I seem to have strained my right ham string. This leg has been a recurring problem when it comes to frequent sprains (I can bend my ankle to 90 degrees easily on inward rotation from the joint), and a hip stress fracture of two years ago from running. I don’t like having take it easy for tiny bit. Also, I have seen nice increases in muscle mass and definition, but no weight loss. I know to be patient, but I think that increasing my protein content obviously increased my calories and I wasn’t paying enough attention to it. So, I’m getting measured tomorrow and while my waist did decrease, the hips didn’t -ugh! I know what I have to do now so that next time I’ll see the changes I want to see.
