5 rounds Did not keep track of time.  Getting back slow but sure. Rt Knee feels wonky, been bothering me for 4-5 days.  Rear side of knee feels full of fluid, yet none to be manually felt.  Gotta watch my form, and see it through.

Pullups - weighted, reg, and kip

Between Rx’ed and pack

3 pull-ups 40lb
5 reg pull-ups
7 kip pull-ups
10 rounds for time

29:37 + 2 callous tears

I broke these up into smaller and smaller sets as the workout progressed.  So when do I get to see things even out?  My pull-ups are SO much weaker than any legwork.

15 - Push Press 88lb Water Keg
20 - Dips (16in logs, chair dip style. Legs L’ed in front on floor)

THIS WAS BRUTAL FOR ME! No doubt about it!

20 mins = 2 full rounds + 5 HSPU + 10 Bench + 10 Press

Finished last round for a time of 24:12

Crap, why was this one so hard.  I await your return!

Definately need work on pullups.  Wish my room-mate would let me put in a pull-up bar so I could Kip.  I’m currently using rafters :(
