They take pride and enjoyment in ruining peoples bodies. It sickens me. The people who go in are just as bad. To each their own I guess. I just can not fathom a life to that degree. They are eating themselves to an early death. Hopefully a life changing event will get to them before the final sleep does. Thanks to the guy who posted this in the MISC to give me another view into how twisted some people really are.

I slack at updating what can I say. I do tend to be busy and updating this is not first on my priority list. Been doing pretty good. Kind of getting sick of trying to switch body composition around. I am pretty happy with the muscle right now so I will focus in on cutting the fat. I have a bit to do so that will be no small task. After that we can build from there.
for my workout today I ran. now I have run before. usually for a mile, or a mile and a half when I felt crazy. I am getting sick of holding myself back. I hate running so when I do it I always talk bad about it, and pysch myself out of doing it, I listen to music that does not help, and I run staring at the clock waiting for it to hit a time I want. well tonight I went in with a great attitude, some good music and a plan. I covered up the numbers on the machine and just ran, and ran and ran. I ended up doing 5.55 miles in 55 minutes. Not too shabby considering I have never ran more than 1.5 miles consecutively. I know I could have done more too, however, I was beat (worked 12 hours today before hand, physical labor) and I have to do it again tomorrow. not knowing how my body will take that punishment and knowing I have to do it again tomorrow I decided to call it a bit early. I am not trying to hurt myself, just understanding that whatever the mind beleives the body will achieve.

Went to my PCP today to talk about my med levels and choices with them as I am not happy and have been quite down in mulitple ways recently. Got my BP checked, 108/64, and my HR was 60. definitely some low blood pressure which is something I really notice at times. oh well, rather that then hypertension that a lot of people have to deal with. also came in at 198 on the docs scale. usually his is around 4lbs ish more than mine. I think last time I was there I came in at 203 I want to say, so still progressing, slow and steady wins the race!

been doing good. tracking everything on the intake since the 4th, making sure I under eat. I also removed the scale from my bathroom. I think between these two things keeping me super accountable I am going to see some big changes. I feel and look better. I seem to be tightening up a bit. I am thinking going through November in this way and then doing a weigh in come DEC to see how I did. getting my workouts back up and going too which makes me so much happier and feel so much better.

I have not given up nor fallen off. I have not been as great as updating and keeping track. I did start logging food(among other things) in a small notebook to help me keep in line and to look back should I need something. I have not gained, nor lost anything. pretty much been in maintenance. Really pumped again about getting back to it. Diet has been going wonderful and showing results. trying to always increase my knowledge too! workout has been admittedly put on the back burner. For MANY reasons I am really regretting this. Oh well, only one person to blame and he is writing this! oh well, move on and learn from it. you dont use it you lose it. its late and I had a long day between work and a good workout for a few hours. gotta get me back on track with this!

I want to be a healthy person, I want to be a happy person, I want to be a trainer, I want to help others, I want to be fit myself. Talk is cheap because thats all most people ever do. I am pushing on and making more changes to make sure that is not me! I stick to my word, and when I want something, will stop at nothing to achieve it. I have not driven the car in a very long time, and have ridden the motorcycle only a hand full of times when I did not plan enough. but almost daily I have been walking or riding my bicycle to work and the store and just around for fun. my bike was just a little freestyle haro so it was DEFINITELY a work out, but it was not the best thing to be riding around on. today I treated myself to a nice bike, and all the gear i need. I rode it first to the gym to work out, then after I just couldnt go home so I went and got lost on a bluff for 13 miles! lol. I love riding its such a good workout, so much fun, and just another way I am improving my life. constant improvements, constant progression. if something is not working or pleasing, you change it. you always have a choice, most people just dont or wont realize it! keep up the good work everyone! this summer while I may not be in my prime I will at least be in much better shape and much more confident overall!

Still on track and eating better and being more consistent with workouts. my body is adapting and tasks that use to challenge are getting easier so I am definitely progressing. still losing fat and toning up which is very nice. also pulled my best time on the incline the other day. came in at 35 minutes, so I am definitely improving my abilities for work. confidence and happiness of course also improving a lot which makes life as a whole much more enjoyable. I will continue to push on for more improvement as always! I am also excited for my weigh in this next week. pretty sure its going to be the lowest it has been in a while. I am still aiming to break the 200 mark, then ill be after 185 which I havent seen since I was like 11, LOL. good luck to us all

the incline.
first time,58 min
today, 43.
I want to hit high 30’s next time. eventually getting to the twenties would be nice but thats a long goal. more HIIT training needed. but I will get there. I love the challenge it’s so fun. weight is going down, appearance and self confidence is going up. more toned muscles that are finally becoming visible is a nice feeling. slowly but surely we will get there. go me.

amazing. so I started yesterday. if it went in my mouth, I wrote it down. tapering down at the end of the day I started to realize just how much I under eat (as I had expected). I hardly was at 1,000 calories for the day! threw in some more food to get at a better number. decent amount of protein for the day while keeping fats in check and carbs down. with out carbs or caffeine my mood and energy were much more consistent and stable which was nice. so now, tracking body measurements, and foods daily. a PITA, but helping already.
