Getting Serious
Sunday, March 9th, 2008Well I have made a few mental changes and revamped some goals. I have found a trainer and a health plan that I can live with. I am on a strict no sugar, no yeast, lean meats and veggi diet for this month. At the end of this month I will move to just a strict lean meats veggi and whole grain diet for the next 12 weeks. I am training for a fitness competition, not sure which one yet. I am testing out my me routine and trainer to see where I am comfortable. I have high hopes this time as I am more confident about my plan. I have changed my thinking as to my overall health and consider the things I eat as fuel and something I have to do not want to do. I want to be thin and flexible and agile and proud. I know that slipping in a piece of pizza 3 times a week won’t get me there. So I have joined the same band wagon as most who want to transform their bodies. A diet of lean meats and veggis for me.
