Chest/back day
bench press 45lbs 3×10
dumbbell flys 10lbs 3×10
reverse dumbbell flys 10lbs 3×10
bentover dumbbell rows 10lbs 3×10
I think that is a good start for today. Did I mention that I have been sick for 2 days as well. Going to run that bacteria right out of my body.
Time for tuna and salad with fresh tomatoes, flax seed oil and lemon juice. I can feel my clothes fitting better already.
