Big ab workout today.  Didn’t do any last week.  Made up for it today.

Decline cruches 20
Crunches on the ball 40
Oblique crunches 40

Day 2

Friday, September 7th, 2007

It was a great workout today.  I am a bit sore from yesterday’s lift and I am not sure how I am going to get my hair washed since I can’t lift my arms.  I feel great though and I can’t wait to see the results.  I usually start showing right away especially when I lean out my diet.  I expect to post new photos in two weeks.

kickbacks 7lbs 3×10
overhead tri presses 10lbs 3×10

before workout: Thermo’s/shake
lunch: thai soup w/fresh veggis
pre dinner: shake
dinner: lean tacos, corn toritilla, fresh veggies
nite snack: banana, cottage cheese

Day 1

Thursday, September 6th, 2007
20 minutes on the eliptical. 1.5 miles 200 fat calories burned.

Chest/back day

bench press 45lbs 3×10
dumbbell flys 10lbs 3×10
reverse dumbbell flys 10lbs 3×10
bentover dumbbell rows 10lbs 3×10

I think that is a good start for today. Did I mention that I have been sick for 2 days as well. Going to run that bacteria right out of my body.

Time for tuna and salad with fresh tomatoes, flax seed oil and lemon juice. I can feel my clothes fitting better already.
