Everything so far is great. Down 3.5 pounds and lost an inch off my waist. Bout to go workout so ill finish this later……….

Forgot to post day one but so far i can feel a difference in energy and focus not just in the gym but all day. So far its pretty good, no headaches, jitters, or any stomach problems. Diets good training is good, the only thing i need to work on now is getting enough sleep.
There are two things i dont like.
#1 The smell. These pills smell like piss and if you dont swallow them quick you get a bad taste in your mouth.
#2 It makes you piss every hour especially if you drink the amount of water they recommend in the book.
I will try to post every day(If not then a few times a week)

lately ive been a little lazy i usually work out five days a week now im only workin two days at most. i hope i can get back in my groove in the next couple days
