I'm starting this a little late. I've been training now for 3 months, doing a 4 day 2-way split and extra work on Wednesdays by simply mowing my huge-ass lawn, which provides a pretty good cardio/weight-loss workout and leaves me sweating out about a pint of fluid.
- Mondays and Thurdays are Legs and Chest day: A lot of my heavier lifting is done these days.
- Tuesdays and Fridays are Back, Shoulders, and Abs/core
I finally had my first real milestone when I graduated from the assisted dip machine, and managed to do 10 full dips with my own bodyweight. My next milestone is to do the same with pullups, but I'm still using a 40lb counterweight for those.
