First Competition
Well I have my first competition comming up July, 5, 08. Its not much of one, but it is called the Hard Body Competition that is held here in Belad Air Base, Iraq. It gives us muscle heads a chance to compete and get some kinda Idea of what to exspect at a real bodybuilding competition. I think it is a good start, the person that makes this competition happen is John, he has competed before, and now works for KBR.
I am excited about the competition, I have worked really hard for the past year to get to this point, and at the same time I am very nervous and I tend to get stage fright. So any advice from anyone that reads this would be great.
I wish I could upload pictures, but unfortunatly I am unable to, hence I do not have my own internet connection, so I am limited to a computer that does not allow thumbdrives to be used. Ok well wish me luck, and I hope to hear some good advice.
