so the challenge is on
Sunday, July 27th, 2008This is a challenge for myself< i woke up and took the pics of myself and think what part of the backside im going to work today? but from the diet aspect of it I pulled a diet pla n hot heather gave me and one from the body transformations on the bb.com site. my plan is the alternate between these two weekly, so I wont get bored with the same plan. I have a personal goal of 15pds by my birthday.
