so the challenge is on
This is a challenge for myself< i woke up and took the pics of myself and think what part of the backside im going to work today? but from the diet aspect of it I pulled a diet pla n hot heather gave me and one from the body transformations on the bb.com site. my plan is the alternate between these two weekly, so I wont get bored with the same plan. I have a personal goal of 15pds by my birthday.

Good luck with your plan. I sincerely hope you get that 15p and more. Stay consistent and feed off positive poeple and you’ll get it.

when is your bday??? and so happy you found a diet that will give you flexibility and some diversity! I do better with the same things everyday…. weird, huh??

You have some great goals set up for your challenge and you can do it. Keep working hard and those pounds will disappear in no time.
