so the challenge is on

This is a challenge for myself< i woke up and took the pics of myself and think what part of the backside im going to work today? but from the diet aspect of it I pulled a diet pla n hot heather gave me and one from the body transformations on the bb.com site. my plan is the alternate between these two weekly, so I wont get bored with the same plan. I have a personal goal of 15pds by my birthday.

going into week 6

i feel good about going into week 6, first of all for hitting the 1/2 way mark and still excited about finishing the challenge. so far I have learn to stay off of the scale and measure by my clothes which are feeling looser. my b-day is coming up this weekend so I have a lot of plans. so my dilemma is to stick to my one cheat day or PARTY LIKE A ROCK STAR?

end of week 2 on to week 3

ok I was sick for the most part of week 2 but kept up with my diet and water intake. at the end of the week I had to double up and work out on my free day but hose are the breaks. the scale is not moving but I see less cellulite and more toning. so on to week 3.

ok this week wasn’t so bad, just had a hard time remembering to eat every 2-3 hours, and drinking my water was a big accomplishment! i decided to make today my cheat day because i’m going out with friends, but i’m already thinking on what healthy food I can eat.
