Well, my White Flood just got here! I can’t wait to start using, unfortunately I have a few more weeks of Body Fortress NO2 Pump from Wal-Mart left. I wanna get that over with before I move to the WF, even though it’s really not giving me any results.
When I start the WF I will let you all know and keep you posted on my results!

The size increases I’m starting to see in my arms are putting a smile on my face every morning.
Bulking is fun.

Then again, I think every workout for the next few weeks will seem like that now that I’m bulking.
But man was it sweet to feel the pump as I busted out my last few reps.

Well, I finally succeeded. I’ve tried at least one "official" cut in the past but this time I set my goal and committed myself to reaching it. I think BodySpace really helped me out… having a goal posted here kept me accountable and I actually began to look forward to logging on each Monday and updating my stats. Ironically, the last week of my cut was the first I gained weight since August. I’m not concerned, it’s likely just water weight from my small cheat meal yesterday. I just thought it was slightly funny.
I’ve come a long way but I’ve got much further to go. Very excited about starting my first official bulk. Friday I’m having a nice big cheat meal to celebrate my cut and I’m now bulking for the next 84 days. This week I’m moving up to 2200 cals/day. Next week it’s up to 2400, then 2600 the week after, and so on as I observe how my body is reacting to the gradual calorie increase. Right now I’m thinking I’ll probably settle in at 3200 for the bulk once I get there but it could end up slightly higher.
Thanks again to BodySpace for being a great tool and to everyone in the forums that has been helpful.
Pics are up as well, and comments are always appreciated!

This was one of those mornings where I could just see the progress. I can’t believe how far I have come in such a short time. I could see the outline of my six-pack under my remaining fat this morning. I plan on some more progress pictures next week.
I was briefly disappointed on Monday when the scale didn’t go down at all for me, but I’m still seeing progress in the mirror and that’s what really matters. I also plan on a refeed tomorrow to see if that helps push me towards the last 10 pounds or so I want to lose before I bulk.
Comments are appreciated!

Well, I’m at 10.2 lbs. lost, 10 to go. Five weeks left, so 2 lbs. per week exactly will get me there. I know I can do it by my goal date of October 15th.
This weekend I cheated a little bit. Two hamburgers at a cookout on Saturday, a big breakfast Sunday, and two trips for fast food. It’s college. If I prepared all my meals myself in my dorm I’d have no friends (and I’d be broke in weeks). I figured the weekend might limit my loss a little. The first time I stepped on the scale this morning it registered no loss, but then I realized it needed to be re-calibrated. Two more tries both gave me 165.
More importantly, I know have an Accu-Measure caliper to monitor body composition. Right now, I’m at 17.5, which seems about right to me. Not sure if I’ll get ab definition going in five weeks like I wanted, but we’ll see. Hopefully I’ll at least be able to get into the low double-digits, at which point I’d have to choose between a couple weeks of additional cutting (maybe into the 145-150 range?) or starting my bulk.
All in all, though, I’m ecstatic with my progress. Saturday night I wore a new pair of pants. When I bought them less than a month ago, they fit perfectly when I tried them on. Saturday I had to wear a belt!
