Day 42: Shoulders, Calves, and Abs - Today my motivation was crushed along with my lower back. Maybe it was the back workout yesturday, but my back is killing me. So much that I was unable to do any type of Ab workout at all. Doing some of the shoulder exercises hurt, but I pushed through the pain. I didn't want to allow it to affect me. I have a rest day coming up tomorrow and I am hoping the rel...axation will get my back pain under control. I have decided to remove some leg and back excersises. I can't risk hurting my back because I am too stubborn to admit that there are just some exercises I am not meant to do. No more squats, or back exercising which use a barbell and require me to bend over. I might consider adding them back in later, but for now they are toast! The gym was closed today, so I had to workout at work. Which means I wasn't able to weigh in.
