Pete, I know this comes almost a year late, but I just read your entry about your biggest bodybuilding success and wanted to tell you how touched I was by it. Dominick's lucky to have you on his side. I know he's already thanked you, but on behalf of all of us who've had self-esteem issues and who would have benefited from having someone believe in them, thank you again on his behalf.

Update!

I had the honor today of promoting Dominick to the rank of Sergeant in the United States Army. He's in a different unit now, but we still stay in touch. I can't say how ecstatic I am after watching him put on his stripes this morning.

Truly a touching and inspiring story. We never know how we might positively effect someone just by taking time to pay a little attention and answer questions. Good for him and for you!

I end up eating half of them because I usually making them for my wife and me.

And hey, if you found a way to make the recipe taste better-please let me know!

I actually do the same thing with egg whites, oatmeal, bluenerries, some EFA oil ,a few splendas , and a scoop of banana protein powder. I usually cover them in fat free yogurt and also I grind the oatmeal into a flour with a coffee grinder first, that really gives it more of a fluffy, cake like texture. The cottage cheese sounds pretty good two, I made crepes one time like that and filled them with cottage cheese. I'll have to try mixing it in. I crush up almonds sometimes and throw those in for a banana nut type of thing.
