Pete’s Protein Pancakes
Thursday, December 6th, 2007The following is a recipe for tastiness I put together after experimenting with several different recipes. It tastes like banana nut bread!
Ingredients:
10 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 average sized banana
1/2 cup oats (a.k.a. old fashioned oatmeal)
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
Directions:
Mix together, then blend. Pour onto skillet and make like normal pancakes. Spread natural peanut butter for extra flavor. Makes approximately 8 plate sized pancakes.
