					<description>Thanx for the advice, how do I know if the pain is too much? Just as much as I can take or when it starts to hamper my progress?</description>

					<description>Not only are your legs going to be sore, but that knee will make you pay later.  If it hurts, you should back off.  Squats put a horrible strain on the knees, as well as quad exercises.  Pain in the knee isnt something you work through, its something you monitor and eventually go to the docter for.</description>
